Registration for 2022 is now open!
ECGC 2022 in Stavanger is now open for registration.
The confirmed dates are 30.5-3.6 2022 and the event is in line with the plans made for 2021 (See presentation).
We understand there is still some uncertainty when it comes to 2022 and covid, but we are hoping for the best and planning the event for next year.
Due to the postponement and renegotiations the prices are now:
Players: 7175 NOK (Norwegian Kroner)
Non-players: 5650 NOK
Single room supplement: 2050 NOK
First payment: 4000 NOK 15. September 2021
Second payment, full balance: 15. January 2022
Payments are made to Stavanger Golfklubb, marked EGCC2022 + team name.

All payment charges to be paid by the sender.
We, as OC, do not have any insurance related to late cancellation, e.g. new covid outbreaks or travel restrictions etc related to this. This must be covered by the participants themselves, if deemed needed. We will do our best to refund, parts or the whole amount, but we cannot guarantee any refunds after the second payment (15. January). We will of course assess the situation around this time, and together with the EC, decide if we continue as planned.
Players needing golf carts need to bring medical proof, as we may have a limited number.
Players with this need may have to share carts.
Trolleys are subject to availability at the clubs.
We will use Golfbox to register scores etc. This is the same the Norwegian Golf Federation uses for tee times, scoring and handicap adjustments. We need to create profiles on everyone, so please make sure you fill in all the details in the registration (even those who already have a profile).
Regarding the Friday hike, mentioned on page 12 https://ecgc.golf/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Stavanger_2021.pdf we would only like an indication of interest now.
